Prairie Development Center

In July 2005, the Prairie Development Center was purchased/gifted from Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company, a subsidiary of Montana Dakota Utilities, for $1000. Their 14,000 square foot former office building had sat empty for two years prior to its acquisition by Community GATE. The Prairie Development Center houses some of Community GATE's projects, as well as paying tenants.
